Please please read this TERMS & CONDITIONS before buy with us,

to avoid misunderstanding:D

1. No refundable items. Please measure your body first according to the measurement given. We always double check the conditions before we deliver the dress. 

 2. No money will be refund as in business every transaction will be recorded and analyzed. Refund = Loss. But, you can change your stock in case the dress are defected or wrongly send to you. 

3. Please bear in mind that FOR all items that are pre order. For pre order items, you need to wait at least 2 week to 5 week. If there is problem with your stuff we will inform you A.S.A.P. 

 4. If you need the dress urgently, within a week please dont take any risk to place the order. We wont be responsible for any other late delivery as every pre order is stipulated clearly above : 2-5weeks 

 5. If you have any problem with us, do SMS us. We will reply your SMS within 24 hours. Never post any negative comment such as "Bila nak dapat barang ni? Lama sangat!" at our wall. It is somehow may tarnish our reputation as we are online shop and trustworhthy is the main element in seller and customer's deal.

 6. As we are also a human like you my dearest customer, please take note that sometimes we have some limitation in timing. We are always try at our best to reply your comments and messages at facebook or SMS. If there is any late reply, please be patience. This is a part time business so that i have some priority that should be focused. 

 7. The dress is 90% look alike the picture, according to the lighting effect. 

8.We will only do the delivery,on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND ALSO FRIDAY.

9..For the pre order items,you have to bank in the money first and if the items is not available
we will give your money back as soon as possible.
